Yes, yesterday was the closing date, but I would not have expected any movement due to that. That would have already been priced in. The effect of the SPP would have been on the date it was announced and that would have been based on how the market saw the potential dilution vs having a stronger balance sheet.
There may be a small SP drop when the shares are allocated and are allowed to trade, as some people might want to take a quick profit and sell some or all of their allocation.
