I think the whole thing is back in the melting pot and hasnt settled because of the proposed extension of the plant. Working on who gets what proportion of what and when. I'm sure Co27 is still in there with their money and that all will be revealed with the conferences later this month.

Maybe the" second tranch"refers to their seperate offer to MRDC which the Government and Landholders seem keen on, but who knows.
