I have been passing through these threads and thinking there was legal action afoot, and that everyone was looking to the Ramu decision to see how it could affect (the now fictious) MGO case...

so, having admitted to clearly not keeping a proper eye on what's going on... then what is going on with the tailings decision with MGO?

I have been labouring wrongly under the belief the DFS was being help-up awaiting a court decision on whether MGO was clear to use DSTP - man oh man...

So, is this simply a matter of the DFS just being overdue?
