There are implications for Marengo as they were going to piggy back on the Ramu pipeline for tailings. This was only one option. I am sure they have many alternatives which they are finalising wrt tailings. DFS delayed until next year now, but plenty more drilling to come. No anticipated change to production commencement. So back in the bottom draw until next year. Fundamentals still sound. Possible SP catalysts: drilling results, EPC contract, DFS and permitting. BTW, no legal case against Marengo....yet.
