You may be right and we could get a business as usual qtly, but they have been modelling the DFS for quite sometime. Even with a ruling in favour of RUMA I'm not sure its a given that MGO can proceed down that path, and believe management would be working on other options. NFC must be running the ruler over both also.
After six months of drilling (and continuing) I"ll take a resource upgade if not the DFS.
With George Sorro, A global Fund and a Canadian pension fund holding big stakes, I'm guessing they would be asking for some more definative info than has been contained in the rehashed presentations.
Of course everything's going to custard if the Yanks cant stop their political posturing.
