I think a negative ruling has already been factored into the SP of MGO. It can definitely suprise to the upside with a positive result.

As for the resource upgrade, dont count on it. Les has not mentioned anything regarding an upgrade, the closest was him mentioning the deep drilling hasnt been included in the resource base. Even with an upgrade it will be immaterial to MGO at this stage as the tonnage is not the problem, we all know they have plenty of copper, whats holding us back is the DFS and the uncertainty of its outcome.
