Well certainly has been interesting, a shame we can't get a less biased view of proceedings. If anyone wants some more scientific background here is the report produced by the Scottish Academy of Marine Science on DSTP (be warned its a 28 MB file if you have a slow connection):

Will be interesting to see which way the judge swings, looking very likely to at least be a longer delay since the Environment minister is now saying they haven't approved the environmental plan. Still may be good for HIG share price just to have it out of the way so market can focus on Frieda. Possibly its of more consequence to MGO who have low grades and so will be producing a lot more waste for each dollar they make.
