1. The Rancher shareholders were diluted down the drain as a result of equity financing - too bad for them.

2. The company is spending a huge amount of money on its projects: in the hundreds of millions.

3. As a result I would expect that they would be looking to increase the number of fields that could use co2

4. IF they know about ELK, I would guess that it would be on their screen as a possible future purchase. At the current share price ELK is a sitting duck.........
