What i dont understand is we in the middle of the rainy season, which means we should be doing more corporate work but we are doing less than before when we were mining.

btw I dont really like swanby's role in this, great she helped with cleaning up the backlog of governance issues (5 years worth etc...) but ongoing governance should not be as a big anymore, thing going forward as they kept in check i.e. should she be given or lot less performance options/paid less when her role is less impactful. (no offence to her, but her role has diminished now that the governance stuff is less).

next issue i wouldnt exercise the options if i were in there shoes as well when you can buy on market for cheaper, time value of money also plays a part (options/derivatives theory).

Problem about on market purchases it is very illiquid.

Anyways ill be waiting patiently but frustrated as always, BGS has been a very good learning experience thats for sure, been through the ropes with this stock.
