I forgot to mention that Robert Tiller has been on the ground working with all levels of Ambulance and the RFD workers. Spending many fun, challenging and exciting hours with Paramedics, etc to clearly understand their needs, how Gen 2 could best fit in with how they work and exactly what they need / want.
All this feedback and valuable buy in is been fed directly back into the Gen 2 development.
Again, very smart management, assuring that the all important end users are comprehensively consulted so that they are very aligned with and accepting of the end product when delivered.
