madamswer, I was interested in you comments about the aged care sector stocks. I hold EHE (slight ouch today as did not meet it's forecacts), got my eye on REG & JHC as I think the sector is a good one long term but share prices looks a bit over-priced at the moment. Have you had a look at AOG? Also in the aged care sector and posted a positive half yearly recently, I am thinking this might be the stand out of the group, NTA matches or slighlty exceeds it's market cap, would be interested if you have an opinion on AOG?
