I don't know if AutoPay would fall under either of these, but it's clear that Personal Loan applications rose, while Card applications crashed (stopped advertising it?).
Customer demand seems to be there. Brand awareness growing? Not just a loosening of lending standards for example, to grow the originations number.
They mentioned a new card product in development. Maybe to resume this division, to more decent levels.
