I got one of the more difficult panels done. Android app reviews (for SWF) - reviews count (proxy for usage) & average rating (proxy for customer satisfaction).

Feel free to give feedback if you have any ideas etc.

• I have 6 and a bit months of data so far. I showed the 1 month and 1 year charts below.
• The past month showed the first increase in average rating in 6 months.
• Reviews count shows an acceleration in early April, as we are already aware, of the spike in users.
