I have been a long time viewer of HC but never posted much.
I have held UNS for 5 painstaking years now. I am no expert by any means, but this is my theory on the current situation.

I believe that AS has indeed a signed contract(s) in his hands, but it is not the one that he wants to use as the first announcement to the market. He is still waiting on the big one to be sign, the one that would make the biggest impact on the share price and burn all the shorts, after which they then gradually announce the remaining contracts.

He gave us the truth, but just half of it. That is what gave him the balls to make that "imminent" announcement.
