    nic - yes currently everything "is on track" in that the pharma says the deal is all good and will be signed "immanently" (or eventually?)

    I believe there is still a risk, however small and I do think it is very small, that in the future the pharma changes strategy, and things become "not on track".

    But to me it sounds as if you think there is no possibility of this occuring ??
