What ever happened to the old style of pay increases. That was when you were rewarded if you preformed ,have a great year and you received an increase in your pay. Preform badly and you either got no pay increase or got shown the door and they would bring someone in to replace you and to do a better job. Nowadays all boards appear to treat their shareholders as sheep and are prepared to have their hands out all of the time seeking rewards when really they have not earnt them. I am voting no!
