Its good to have some reasonable level headed explanation. I am however still vote No to Resolution 6, mainly seeing it as a form of takeover defence strategy by management from any hostile takeover.
As for those negative posts from those desktop greenies. Lets say their main agenda now is shifting from gate blocking demonstration to corporate level activities, starving MEL from raising capital for business development and operational is the new game.
Management shouldn't have to worry if they can show us shareholders some real on field and corporate performance. Have some consideration for us long suffering shareholders. Not going over the top with those options and shares bonus performance until real capital returns are delivered to shareholders. Cheers.
