Not much of a target level to reach for those shares to vest, if you ask me. Especially with 3 years of time. But again, that is the typical Board talks.
Then again, that is what Democracy is all about. Where everyone is entitled to freely say and post their own views.
What gets to me, is that all companies Boards, not just the MEL Board, seem always to be willing and in favour of awarding freebies to Management even when shares prices have fallen dramatically and where the shareholders have been left suffering and in pains. The shareholders are left suffering and the Management gets rewarded for doing it.
Is it any wonders that more Shareholders Associations are emerging to protect the interests of shareholders as they will be able to talk as a united force??
I don't agree with it and will vote accordingly.
