CO2 is not combustible and also causes other problems such as corrosion in the pipelines, so it's a good thing that the KF gas is low in CO2. The environmental impact of CO2 from gas wells, however, is not an issue since methane itself is 25 times as potent a Greenhouse gas as CO2, and in any case when the methane is eventually burned it is converted to CO2 on a 1:1 molar basis.
