yeah - my concern with the options being converted is the dilution effect to shareholders who do not have that option...
Maybe small, but I have worked hard for my position in DGR, and any dilution does not sit well, maybe it is small, and maybe better than or easier than paying directors fees, esp as some did not come into the money.. I am sure some of the earlier ones were exercisable at 17 cps.. so who was hopeful then? - then they started issuing at 6.5 cps.. more reasonable..for them, but lets make them get the sp to 17 cps , pay more, and get us in the money too.
