just rang mec..... the shares will be offered at a discount from the last five trading days prior to the 28 sept 09 closing price , and you must be on the shareholder list by the record date to be eligible . record date is next friday but remember to allow for the trade to be done ..ie trade date plus three , so to be eligible buy before tuesday next if you want to participate .
