Hmmm, shouldn't the question not be about whether NS "thinks" they will pay by March 2011, but why were were told Mar 2011 in the first place and it was then quietly mentioned Mar 2012 without any formal announcement?
Don't get me wrong, I am bullish about CAP but have been in the market long enough to know that when things are said quietly on the side, its usually for a good reason.
