yes 10 or so days ago was told by the lady who answered yhe phone

but on the weekend got an e-mail from Lindsay Colless, saying it is going ahead and have had to clarify a few things, don't forget it has to be approved at the ASX

So all I can do is ask, the answer I got now is this week or next.

It was in reply to an e-mail saying some were skeptical about it going ahead as it was taking some time, and seeing there is no third party involved I don't see any reason why it would not, plus I stated the only reason I bought was due to the rights issue and the sale of the furnace and stated other projects.

So seeing I have this on e-mail I am pretty confident it will go ahead, hoping they will give us updates on the sale and other projects at the same time.

anything of note should be able to move a $3 mill market cap company.
