have you seen a reduction notice by havilah for the sell down of cuy...answer no.
however as they have stated hav may distribute in specie to hav shareholders their entitlement to their equity in cuy.Thus if someone was to launch a t/o of hav to get their hands on the biggest chunk of cuy then hav can proceed with their previously stated intention to distribute their cuy holding to the shareholders thus making the takeover more difficult for an unfriendly . Once the cuy tial is concluded and commerciality confirmed the price will be significantly different than currently where the majority stakeholders might have a different view to selling capiche!
