Following the recent completion of the non-renounceable rights issue and a
review of the Company's share register, Range would like to report that to the
best of our knowledge the current significant shareholders of the Company are

Sir Samuel Jonah is a director of the Company.

The shares held by Taghmen Ventures Ltd were part of the shares issued to new
management as per announcement on 29 October 2008.
