While I am not a fan of RRS, it is the right thing to do for RRS retail shareholders. I have come across a number of complaints on P's companiese or in which he associates. The best thing would be doing this, get rid the cowboy for a change or if there is evidence of behind the scene play to rip off shareholders, take legal actions.
