Does anyone know if when the ASX becomes the minority holder of stock, as will probably happen over the next few weeks/months to the AIM, if company announcements will be released first on the AIM??

Genuine question, has the company got a legal obligation to release on the ASX first or has it the choice?? Personally, I think it would be more beneficial to the company to allow the AIM to react first to any major RNS announcements. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
