will they then announce anything else re JV.....??

because I think there is still some confusion with what comes next in re: JV.....I personally dont think it has been reflected in the SP.....

I may be missing something so can someone, who understands, please explain to a not so intelligent me........

also ask yourself these...
from Joanne's email, is the JV a done deal?
if yes, does the market know the JV is a done deal?

if yes to both the above questions, then this has been reflected in the SP!!!!!!

if yes to the first and no to the second question, then do we need an announcement to clarify the situation....

not trying to be negative......just trying to understand and see if anyone shares my thoughts....your thoughts
