    Now we know what has been holding the price down...

    They could effectively sell as many as they needed to cap the stock knowing everything they sold they would get back at 2c.

    Watch as the breaks are released now.

    Interesting timing to say the least...CTR could be back to recent highs in a blink!

    And if results are good, who knows...
