As for getting a rig in place, it is not unheard of for mid size oilers to have a 12-18 month wait for a rig to arrive. However, the operators of canmex have extensive infrastructure and are well connected so a rig could theoretically be in place within 6 months. This all depends on the importance the operators place on this project.
