    Regarding the Chinese...

    "Hassan Abshir Farah, Somalia's marine resources minister said.

    Farah said his government was now discussing a deal with the Chinese government and Chinese marine security firms."

    The Chinese may get the marine security contract it seems...but what is the real prize they may want to protect ?

    And who controls 100% of that prize ?
