how do any of us know what sir sam has or hasn't done for RRS? the credibility of his name alone has done plenty.

I did get the impression at the EGM that he may have been a bit slack... and he never rocked up to the ADU...
(hotcopper RRS flashback: "there is no way Sir sam would come all the way to speak at the ADU conference with no signed JV". looks like we were right, lol)

just remember, his allocation of 180 million shares (or 4.9%) is subject to a successful capital raising (the one coming up).

having quit the board of various large companies citing that he is more of an entrepeneur than a director, i am sure he will see this allocation as a good chance to roll in some cash, so will be alloting his time accordingly. JMHO
