I questioned him specifically about the backlog of unfulfilled orders.
He said this will be addressed in the next quarterly release.
I also enquired about their approach to finding new business.

He replied and I do understand that he could not release confidential information.
However he headed his reply "confidential"

At the end of the email he added the following.

"Of course as and when we win material deals like any other ASX company we announce these or announce in our 4C for other info."

There is nothing cloak and dagger going on here. It was just two private emails.
I certainly do not have, nor did he have any intention of giving me inside information.
