From my read the whole issue stems from the fact Camino positioned their well incorrectly off the line then had the audacity to challenge BM about Rangers. From the court docs the OCC have told them to bugger off.
This is all procedural so no market disclosure needed. Every oil company in the Oklahoma goes through the same process,
