thank you. lots to learn. I was aware how many parties are involved and local landowners (love the kitchen table stuff). I guess to my naive eyes this one looked a bit more troublesome than the Jewell legals. and it's easy to put 2+2 together and come up with $0 when the share price is under pressure.
