haha yea must be hard for companies when all this information is readily available. Main thing is getting the drilling going, I hadn’t appreciated the lease expiry date. There is plenty of time to sort out the proceedings before production can start and hopefully they will be sorted at the court date in December. Wonder if the rig is available earlier if they can bring it forward.
What it probably does highlight to people is the amount of work that can be required to get ready to drill. Hopefully as soon as this case is sorted the flames legal work will start.
