Great work! Coincidentally, I did something similar yesterday night just to get an idea of what Rangers timeline was going to look like. Minor observation, the announcement date is one thing, the date the activity commenced is another.
For example, Jewell Pad construction started much earlier than when it was ann'd. It started on March 9 so we can work out how long it took to complete it (about 6wks from memory). Hopefully, Rangers Pad construction started the week of the 1st so we should be about 2wks into construction.
