If you didnot notice, Oil prices are $80US and not $60... discount rate should be 20%.... that new valuation you showed is valued at first production and not upon discovery... 50% government tax take, drops Ranges share from 20% to 10%.... ..... Ive never said that puntland doesnot have potential, these big returns cannot be made until the drill bit is in the ground... why invest in nothing in the mean time? and at the same point taking on all the risk, and less of the return... its simple, RRS are dropping because they are saying nothing... announcement needed now! needed quick!
