    * Initial JORC inferred coal resource of 760 million tonnes is expected to be upgraded to a Measured status

    * Drilling continues to intersect thick coal- new results yesterday incl. 12.2m@5236 kcal/kg, ad

    * CWK's Oaklands thermal coal project is located adjacent to a 1.3 billion tonne coal deposit held by Rio Tinto Ltd.

    * In June 08 CWK closed its $25 million IPO heavily oversubscribed- the company offered 20 million shares at $1 each

    * Current market cap is just over 16m and CWK have $18.5m in the bank
