Every day we confront people and organisations who are inept. Yesterday and today I had dealings with Telstra which justified my belief that as a phone company it makes a good halfway house for the ingloriously useless. Oh, dear, I'm raving and ranting, but listeners, I haven't had a good rant in ages and now seemed as good a time as any. Maybe tonight we vent our spleen at what's on our mind. I understand the emotional climate in which this sentiment is suggested and don't want to appear unconcerned at recent events or, even worse, cold hearted. But, there's this other life happening and frankly I'm a bit pissed off.
