    Not capping - dumping. The shares out of escrow. Institutions like Uni of Q who don't want to stay in the share market.
    Capping would see a lot of bot sales of very low shares, not $30k chunks sold off at a time 3 to 5 times a day.
    Wonder if we hit 28 today?
