You are right. Prices will always rise and fall. I believe there are many investors who saw the recent run and wanted to accumulate. So when the price pulls back a bit, it is very likely that the shares will transfer from weak hands, short term traders, to strong hands, long term investors. By the by, the amount of shares available on the market will lessen thereby causing a real chase for shares when truly material announcements drop. If that plays out, then it can only bode well for the future share price of RAP.
