    In the absence of news, the RAP share price needs to spend some time consolidating  around  the 31c. level.
    That was a significant support level (some 8 months), prior to the 'dump' in 08/17.
    38.5c. and the down trend upper sd  line are still the relevant lines of resistance.
    Just my take.
