retail monkeys like us are forced to stay astute in order to recognise and then seize an opportunity in order to decrease our average price per share.
Instos have enough sway to influence the SP so they can artificially elicit an intentional crash that will result in their acquisition of cheaper shares. they can CREATE an opportunity instead of passively waiting for one...
option 1: the PM buys shares "as is" when RAP was at high 30s/breaching 40s
option 2: the PM stomps the SP hard so that stop-losses get tripped and collects all the available shares at today's prices
option 2 leads to a more appealing profit margin when they sell yes?
not sure if this is what's been happening recently but I doubt there's anything untoward happening within RAP itself
