    Agree. It will need 90% of all shareholders to agree.
    Top 20 only have 36% of all shares so a t/o will need a huge amount or small
    retail sh's.
    It will need a big whale to offer us minnows a very,very large premium over $1.50. It would be a very tiny acquisition for a Sanofi.
