Yes, looking for a buyer who will pay future potential. Real estate wanted me to sell it for 1.1 Mill, but i said if i renovated it after you (my tenant) moves out, what would it be worth. He said 6-7 million. So I thought I'll sell it for 5 mill cause there is always a sucker who will buy the dream.
