Sorry been late reply, been snowed under.....

The process is quite slick. Any patients presenting for telehealth consult via Coviu is first screened by a questionaire +/- ResAppDx, as per the following screenshots



Then if you answer yes to having any symptoms and if you have an iphone, it automatically tells you to do a ResAppDx first, even before seeing a doctor.

Sends you a code, and then the patient punches that into the app, then pay, then performs the test.



Then the doctor gets the result.

Note the whole process is automated. The doctor doesn't even have to recommend the test. Coviu does it before the patient consults the doctor.
