Simply put, bottom may be starting to form but until it breaks through 10-13c range on solid volume its still in down trend.

I'm cautiously positive on RAP (FA perspective) but even trying a basic chart its hard to see a change into positive for TA, yes maybe some higher lows on MACD/RSI but its very touch and go... we are below majority of MA's as well.

Next few weeks should start to show on a purely technical if this is turning around or continuing down slowly... However next quarterly and other announcements may decide the trend for us as that's what we are all waiting on.

This is my opinion and there a lot more technical chart savvy people on here.
