Looks like another freebie (for the moment) as the Kenyan clinics have precious little resources ATM and the general populace even less so it appears. So Gates (his wife has woken up to his agenda and who was the drive behind the foundation is giving him the flick) when his wife has finished the domestic dishes will be squirming as his dark lords will be starting to lose their grip.
