Well if someone like J&J decided to make a competing bid against Pfizer then the competing bidder would most likely out bid the current proposal of 14.7. This would obviously benefit us as shareholders as the price would go up. IMO whoever decides to out bid the current 14.7 offer would most likely start buying on market to create walls just like what Pfizer have done just below the offer price all just my opinion only but we know other parties are interested the question is who and when will they pounce?!
